About the role and your responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include working with dealers and their drivers to assist them with their daily inquiries. You will work with analysis and systems, as well as various administrative tasks. You will collaborate with colleagues within and outside the team in the case management system.

Your main tasks

• Contact dealers, primarily regarding car quotes upon request

• System responsibility (e.g., regarding campaigns, car prices, and offerings)

• Create calculations for drivers based on their requests

• Create leasing contracts upon request and follow up

• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

About you

We are looking for someone with good administrative skills, who is structured and meticulous. We see that you are service-oriented and proactive, as well as a good communicator in both Swedish and English. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a few years of experience in a similar role and experience with CRM systems. Experience in car leasing is a plus.
